Day 1: Haridwar to Barkot
Your spiritual expedition begins in Haridwar, where our representative will greet you at your hotel, railway station, or airport. After a brief introduction, set off on a scenic drive towards Barkot, passing through picturesque villages and lush landscapes. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and relax after the journey. Enjoy a comforting dinner and an overnight stay in Barkot.
Day 2: Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot
Start your day with an early breakfast before heading to Janakichatti, the base point for your trek to Yamunotri. You may choose to trek on foot or hire a pony or Doli (at your expense). On reaching the sacred site, take a dip in the thermal waters of Surya Kund and seek blessings at the Yamunotri Temple. After spending serene moments amidst the divine surroundings, trek back to Janakichatti and return to Barkot. Dinner and an overnight stay await at your hotel.
Day 3: Barkot to Uttarkashi/Netala
After breakfast, embark on a journey to Uttarkashi or Netala. En route, visit Shivgufa, a revered cave dedicated to Lord Shiva. Upon arrival, pay homage at the Kashi Vishwanath Temple before checking into your hotel. Spend the rest of the day resting or exploring the surrounding landscapes. Conclude the day with dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 4: Uttarkashi/Netala – Gangotri – Uttarkashi/Netala
Today, proceed for a soulful excursion to Gangotri. En route, take a rejuvenating dip in the Gangnani Hot Springs before passing through the enchanting Harsil Valley. At Gangotri, immerse yourself in the holy waters of the Bhagirathi River and offer prayers at the temple. Absorb the tranquil ambiance before heading back to Uttarkashi/Netala by evening. Day 5: Uttarkashi to Guptkashi
Post breakfast, embark on a drive to Guptkashi. The journey follows the Mandakini River, flowing directly from Kedarnath. On reaching Guptkashi, visit the sacred Ardh Narishwar Temple before checking into your hotel. Spend the evening unwinding, followed by dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 6: Guptkashi – Kedarnath – Guptkashi
Begin your spiritual ascent to Kedarnath, either by trekking or opting for a helicopter ride (at an additional cost). For trekkers, drive to Sonprayag, take a local jeep to Gaurikund, and then start the 14 km trek. Upon reaching Kedarnath, seek blessings at the divine Kedarnath Temple before making your way back to Guptkashi. Dinner and overnight accommodation will be provided at the hotel.
Day 7: Guptkashi to Badrinath
Post breakfast, proceed toward Badrinath, a highly venerated pilgrimage site. On arrival, check into your hotel and head to the temple for a sacred bath in Taptkund, followed by Darshan of Lord Badrivishal. Later, explore nearby attractions like Mana Village, Vyas Gufa, and the Saraswati River. Enjoy a peaceful night’s stay in Badrinath after dinner.
Day 8: Badrinath to Rudraprayag
After breakfast, begin your descent towards Rudraprayag. En route, visit the spiritual hubs of Joshimath, Vishnuprayag, and Karnaprayag. Stop by the revered Narsingh Temple before arriving at Rudraprayag. Check in to your hotel, enjoy a delightful dinner, and rest for the night.
Day 9: Rudraprayag to Haridwar

Travel & Stay Guidelines for Chardham Yatra
1. Booking & Confirmation Policies
A booking deposit is mandatory to secure your Char Dham Budget Tour from Haridwar. Final confirmation is subject to payment clearance.
All email, WhatsApp, and telephonic communications regarding the package must be reviewed carefully. Upon booking, these conversations will be considered as part of the contract.
2. Accommodation Guidelines
Kedarnath Stay: Due to high-altitude conditions, luxury amenities are unavailable. Basic lodging with essential bedding arrangements will be provided.
Hotel Quality: Hotels in Chardham operate seasonally, making service quality inconsistent. Accommodation in these areas may not match the comfort of Haridwar or Rishikesh despite similar pricing.
Advance Booking: To secure reliable accommodations, early reservations (3 months before peak season and 1-2 months before October-November) are advised.
3. Check-in & Check-out Policies
Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM. Check-out: 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.
4. ID Verification Requirement
All travelers must present valid identification at check-in. Acceptable IDs include Passport (with Visa for foreign nationals), Voter ID, Driver’s License, or Aadhaar Card. Accommodation providers may deny check-in if proper identification is not presented. The company holds no liability for such issues.
5. Meal Arrangements
Included Meals: Served as per a buffet or fixed menu. Extra items beyond the set menu will be chargeable.
Meal Credit Policy: Some hotels may offer meal credits instead of a buffet during low occupancy. The hotel determines the credit amount, and any excess bill is to be settled directly by the guest.
Cuisine Type: Predominantly North Indian cuisine, with standard and deluxe hotels usually serving thali-style meals.
Meal Service Timings: Breakfast is available from 07:00 AM – 09:00 AM, and dinner from 07:00 PM – 10:00 PM. Guests should confirm exact timings with their hotel.
6. Extra Bed & Room Facilities
Extra beds in double-sharing rooms may be provided as rollaway beds or floor mattresses, depending on the hotel. Guests should inform in advance if they prefer a specific arrangement.
Hill-Region Hotel Facilities: Most accommodations in Chardham do not offer air conditioning. Confirm AC availability before booking if required.
Amenities & Power Supply: Many hotels do not have elevators, and power backup is limited. Wi-Fi and room heaters may be chargeable. Internet connectivity can be unreliable in Chardham due to network conditions.
7. Transportation & Vehicle Usage
Air Conditioning Usage: AC will not function in hill regions beyond Dehradun and Rishikesh or when the vehicle is stationary.
Sightseeing Inclusions: The itinerary includes designated sightseeing spots along the planned route. Any additional sightseeing or deviations require prior confirmation and may incur extra charges.
Off-Route Destinations: Attractions like Auli, Kalimath, Neelkanth Mahadev, Trijuginarayan, Adi Badri, Bhavishya Badri, and Lakhamandal are not included in the standard itinerary. Contact the company to arrange visits to these places.
Parking & Local Transport: Some sightseeing points have distant parking areas. Guests must arrange their own transit from the parking zone to the site.
8. Vehicle Breakdown & Emergencies
Replacement Vehicles: In case of major vehicle breakdowns, an alternative vehicle will be arranged as soon as possible. Minor repairs will be handled promptly on the spot.
Driver Availability & Restrictions: Drivers are available for up to 12 hours a day. Any additional service hours must be pre-arranged. Drivers will not operate vehicles in no-entry zones or congested areas that may cause traffic blockages.
Safety Protocols: Hill station driving restrictions may prohibit nighttime travel and music playing inside the vehicle. Please adhere to local regulations.
9. Policy on Delays & Unforeseen Changes
The company is not responsible for itinerary modifications, additional costs, or delays caused by natural calamities, landslides, adverse weather, vehicle breakdowns, flight cancellations, strikes, or political disturbances.
Route changes or alternative destinations will require prior approval and may result in additional charges.
If fuel prices increase by over 5% after booking, tour prices may be revised accordingly.
If the originally booked vehicle is unavailable, a similar vehicle will be provided as a substitute.
10. Pickup, Drop-off & Multiple Stopovers
Single Pickup & Drop Location: The tour includes a single pickup and drop-off point. Additional pickups/drop-offs must be arranged in advance.
Revisits to Sightseeing Spots: If guests wish to revisit any location, additional parking and transport charges may apply.
11. Refund, Cancellation & Liability Policies
Refund Policy: No refunds for unused services, early departures, or skipped facilities.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations due to uncontrollable situations such as bad weather, government restrictions, or road closures will not be eligible for a refund.
Liability Disclaimer: The company is not responsible for personal injuries, theft, loss of belongings, or unforeseen incidents during the trip.
Service Termination Rights: If full payment is not received in advance, the company reserves the right to cancel services without refund.
Legal Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes will be addressed within the jurisdiction of Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
